Sterimed Surgical India Private Limited is situated at E 11 in the Government Industrial Area. It’s a standard industrial spot, surrounded by other warehouses and workshops. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where we can manage our operations. There’s a lot of activity in this area, with trucks coming in and people moving around all day. We try to keep our space organized, though it can get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big job. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We don’t go for the corporate polish or use a lot of big words to explain our business. It’s just about getting the work done right and keeping things moving. We spend most of our time in the back where the real work happens, rather than sitting in a fancy front office. The industrial area can be a bit noisy and dusty, but it’s where we need to be. We don't have a marketing team writing pretty speeches for us. We just handle the daily tasks as they come and try to be reliable for the people who count on us. It’s a straightforward way of working, and it’s served us well enough over the years. We just show up and keep at it.
