Sparsh Poly Chem Private Limited

Out here at 1524, M.I.E., Part-B, the air always smells a bit like chemicals and plastic. That is just part of the job when you work at Sparsh Poly Chem. We’ve got a good-sized space, but it’s always full of barrels and bags of raw materials. Most of the guys here wear overalls because things can get pretty messy when the machines are running. It's not a place where you would want to wear your best clothes. We spend the morning checking the stock and getting the mixers going. It's loud, and you have to raise your voice to be heard over the hum of the equipment. There's no air conditioning in the main warehouse, so we rely on the big fans to keep the air moving. Lunch is usually a quick affair because there is always a truck waiting to be loaded or unloaded. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to tell us how to look professional. We just focus on the products we make. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out quite right, and we have to figure out why and fix it. That's just part of the daily routine. The floor is stained, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We’ve been in this part of the industrial estate for a long time now. It’s just the work we do, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is.
