Shree Ishwar Rubber Industries

Our place, Shree Ishwar Rubber Industries, is located on Nizampur Road. We are pretty easy to spot because we are right near Gv Public School. During the day, we can hear the kids playing outside or the school bells ringing, which is a nice change from the sound of the machinery we use to process rubber. Working with rubber is a messy business. The smell is quite strong and it stays on your clothes long after you go home, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a few machines that are a bit old and grumpy, but they still do the job if you know how to handle them right. The shop floor is usually covered in scraps and the walls are a bit stained from the heat and the materials. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone comes by, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and goes out to see what they need. Nizampur Road is a bit bumpy, and sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time backing into our loading area, but we always manage to make it work. We are just a local industry doing our thing and trying to keep the machines running so we can finish the orders on time. It is hard work and the days are long, especially in the summer when the heat makes the rubber even tougher to work with.
