We are based over in Sector-16 at the Hsiidc Industrial Area. It’s a huge place with lots of other businesses around. Rockwell Plastics Pvt. Ltd. occupies Khasra No. 18/1/2. The unit is mostly filled with plastic molds and raw materials. It can get pretty hot in the summer because of the machines, but we have some big fans that keep the air moving. People think working in plastics is easy, but it takes a lot of watching the temperature. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their station. There isn't much hierarchy here. If the floor needs sweeping, the person closest to the broom does it. We’ve been in this industrial area for a while and seen many shops come and go. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The trucks come in the afternoon to pick up whatever we’ve finished. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we sort it out eventually. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. Most people who come by are just delivery drivers or guys from the nearby units looking to borrow a tool. It's a steady life here in Sector-16. We show up, run the lines, and make sure everything is packed up right. It's not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do best. We keep at it every single day without making too much noise about it.
