Schablona India Limited

Schablona India Limited is based in the industrial area of Bahadurgarh, specifically at A-203 in Sector No 6. If you know Haryana, you know that Bahadurgarh is a place where a lot of manufacturing happens. It’s a busy, dusty sector full of factories and warehouses. Our unit is just one of many, but we’ve been here for a while and have a good routine going. The office is inside the factory building, so it’s never really quiet. You can hear the sounds of production all day long. It’s not a place for fancy suits or polished meetings. We wear work clothes and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty. Most of our day is spent on the floor or at our desks managing the flow of goods. We don't have any promotional slogans or big posters about a company vision. We just focus on making sure the stuff we produce is okay and the orders go out on time. The summers in Haryana are incredibly hot, so the office can get pretty stuffy, but we just push through it and get the job done. We have a small area where we eat our lunch and talk about the day’s work. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We are just a group of people doing our best in Sector 6. It’s not glamorous at all, but it is real work and we are happy to be doing it. We just keep our heads down and work.
