Raj Facilities

We are located at House No-11 in Rajendra Park Extension. It’s very close to the metro station, which makes it easy for people to find us if they’re taking the train. The office is basically part of a converted house. It gives the place a bit of a lived-in feel, which we like. We handle facility management and services from here. It’s mostly a lot of scheduling and talking to staff who are out at different sites. The phones ring quite a bit throughout the morning. There’s usually a stack of clipboards on the main table and maps of the local area on the wall. We’ve been in this neighborhood for some time and have seen the metro bring a lot more people to the area. It’s a bit noisier now than it used to be. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of layers. It’s just us here trying to keep things organized. If there’s a problem at a site, we’re the ones who hear about it first. We try to be practical about how we solve things. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a small operation but we stay busy. We don't have a big fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to see us right at our desks working. It’s just a straightforward, local business doing what it can for its neighbors and clients.
