You can find us over at Plot No. 895-896 in the Moderen Indl. Estate. That is where Prestige Coir (India) Pvt Ltd operates from. It’s a fairly large space because we have two plots together, which gives us plenty of room for our materials. The area is quite industrial, so there are always trucks moving around and people loading things. We’ve been here for a good while. The building isn't anything fancy. It’s mostly just a warehouse with a small section for the office work. We don’t have air conditioning in the main area, so it gets pretty warm in the summer months. We just open all the doors to get a bit of a breeze. We don’t have any big corporate rules here. We just expect everyone to do their bit. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time. We don't really use social media or anything like that. If people want to find us, they usually just call or stop by the estate. Sometimes the rain causes a bit of trouble with the roof, but we just patch it up and keep going. It’s an honest way to make a living. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world, despite the name of the estate. Prestige Coir (India) Pvt Ltd is just a group of people working hard in a dusty yard. We take our breaks together and just talk about everyday things.
