It is usually quite busy here at the Vpo Bupania location. Most mornings start early because of the trucks coming in and out of the yard. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure things are moving right. The factory sits right in Teh Bahadurgarh and many people from Distt Jhajjar come here to work every day. It is not fancy. The walls have some wear and tear and the noise is pretty constant from the machines. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty outside on the roads leading up to the gate, but that is just how it is around this part of Haryana. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. Usually, there is a list of tasks that never seems to end, from checking the ovens to making sure the boxes are stacked properly in the back. If you are looking for us, we are just past the main village area. People around here know the spot. We focus on the work itself and getting the biscuits out to where they need to go. It feels like a small community inside these walls. Most of us have been here for a while and we just get on with it. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets hot in the summer, but we manage to stay on track even when things get hectic with the delivery schedules and the constant hum of the production line going all day.
