Genpact

It might seem a bit quiet out here at 9/319, Jatwara Mohalla in Jhajjar, but things at Genpact are actually pretty steady. We are located in a part of Haryana that still feels like a proper neighborhood. You see the same faces every day when you walk into the office. Our space is much more modest and fits right in with the local houses and small shops nearby. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and people doing their best to stay on top of the work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we spend half the morning dusting off our keyboards. It’s a very local feel here. We eat our lunch together, and most of us live close enough to walk or take a short bike ride. There isn't any corporate talk or big speeches here; we just sit down and get through the tasks for the day. It gets quite hot in the summer months, but we make do with what we have.
