Our place is Plot No-333 in the Modern Industrial Estate. It’s right near the Hanuman Dharam Kanta, so you’ll probably see a lot of trucks lined up there for the scale. We’ve been here at Dura Build Care for a while now. The building is just a standard industrial setup, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we spend our days dealing with construction stuff. Most of the morning is spent unloading materials or checking the stock in the Part A-Mig section. It gets pretty dusty because of the industrial traffic nearby, so we are always cleaning the desks. The walk from the main gate takes a few minutes if you're coming by foot. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Sometimes the tea guy doesn’t show up until late, which is a bit of a disaster for us. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us near the back where the work happens. The sun hits the front of the plot in the afternoon, making it quite hot, so we usually keep the big fans running all day. It’s just a regular local business trying to get the orders out on time without making too much of a fuss. We don’t really do big meetings, we just talk over the noise of the machines and keep things moving as best as we can.
