We have been at the 38th Km Stone on the Delhi-rohtak Highway for quite a while now. It is a busy spot with all the trucks passing by all day and night. You get used to the sound of the engines after a few weeks. Being Sterimed Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. means we spend most of our time dealing with medical gear and supplies. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we are always cleaning the shelves. It is not a fancy office, just a practical place where we get the work done. The highway makes it easy for the delivery vans to pull in, though turning back out into traffic can be a real headache some afternoons. Most of us live nearby or commute from the closer towns. It’s a long stretch of road out here. We keep our inventory organized as best as we can in the back rooms. It’s mostly just boxes and paperwork and making sure things get loaded onto the trucks correctly. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks when things get quiet. It gets very hot in the summer, especially with the sun hitting the front of the building all day. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. Sterimed is just a group of people working hard at this specific spot on the road.
