About Armaan Art Academy – Building & Construction Material in Bahadurgarh
Our place is tucked away on Street No. 1 in Dayanand Nagar. If you know where Dhaka Gym is, we are right behind it. It’s a bit of a quiet corner, which is actually nice for what we do at Armaan Art Academy. The walls are mostly covered in sketches and half-painted canvases that students have left behind. It smells like oil paint and turpentine most of the time, which some people might find strong, but we’re used to it. We didn’t set this up to be a fancy gallery. It’s more of a workshop where people can come and get their hands dirty with charcoal or clay. The tables are stained with years of spills, and the chairs don’t all match, but that doesn’t really matter when you’re focused on a drawing. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the younger kids are in for their afternoon sessions, but usually, it’s just the sound of pencils scratching on paper. We’ve got some old brushes that have seen better days and a sink that always seems to have a bit of blue paint stuck in the drain. It’s a real place for real work. People from all over Dayanand Nagar drop by to see what’s being made. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who enjoy making things and helping others do the same.
