Belco Pharma

Our place is at number 515 in the Modern Industrial Estate. It’s a typical industrial area, so there isn't much to see except other factories and warehouses and a lot of delivery vans. We go by the name Belco Pharma, and we’ve been in this specific spot for quite some time now. The building is purely functional, nothing more than that. We spend our days mostly in the production and packing areas. There’s a lot of focus on following the specific rules for making medicine, so the work can be a bit repetitive day after day, but it’s what we do. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy lounges for visitors. There’s just a small area where we have our tea and talk about the news or the weekend. The air in the industrial estate can be a bit heavy sometimes, but we are all used to it by now. Most of the people working here live in the local area, so we have a good group that has stayed together for a long time. We don’t really do much marketing or anything like that. We just fulfill the orders that come in from our regulars. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we have to switch over to the generators, which is always a bit of a hassle for the machines. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We aren't trying to change the world.
