You can find Planman Consulting over at Dr3 in the Sugar Mill Colony in Bagpat. It’s a straightforward place to work. Being in Uttar Pradesh, especially in a spot like the colony, means things stay pretty grounded. Our office is where we handle the day-to-day consulting tasks. It’s not a fancy suite or anything. It's just a functional space where we keep our files and meet up to discuss what needs to happen next. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing up reports. Some days the power might flicker or the road outside gets blocked, but we just keep at it. It’s the kind of office where you can see the work being done as soon as you walk in. There are usually notes taped to the walls and stacks of folders on the corner tables. We don’t really worry about having a polished look. We care more about getting the details right on the papers in front of us. It’s a small operation here in Bagpat. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have our own way of doing things. It might look a bit disorganized to a stranger, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s just a local business doing its thing in the colony. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the mill nearby.
