We are located a bit further out, in a village within the Baghpat district, near the Delhi border. It’s a different pace of life out here compared to the center of the city. We have a fair amount of space, which is good for what we do. The surroundings are much greener, and you can actually hear the birds instead of just car horns all day. Our building is a simple, sturdy structure where we handle our daily operations. It’s not a place for fancy meetings or showing off to visitors. We are mostly focused on the practical side of things, making sure our orders are handled and that everything is moving out on time. The people who work here are mostly from the nearby areas, so it feels like a close-knit group. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part and help out when it’s busy. Some days it’s dusty and the roads are a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we like being based here. It gives us the room we need without the high costs of being downtown. We spend our time checking stock, talking to suppliers, and making sure the day-to-day work is finished. It’s a quiet, hardworking environment. We don’t use a lot of big words or have complicated systems that nobody understands. We just run the business as best as we can from this corner of Baghpat. It is a long commute for some, but it is worth it.
