We’re located out at 295, in Village Timruakhurd. The post office is in Mahkampur. It’s quite a way from the big city centers, which makes for a much quieter workday. Being an ITES company in a village setting might sound a bit unusual to some people, but it works for us. We have our setup in a building that doesn't look like a typical tech office from the outside. Inside, it’s a different story. We have our servers, our workstations, and all the wiring you’d expect. The road to get here can be a bit bumpy, especially after the rains, but we don’t mind the drive. We see cows and fields on the way in, which is a nice change from the usual concrete walls of an industrial park. Our team is a mix of people from the local area and some who travel from further away. We don’t have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually eat together and talk about things other than work for a bit. The internet connection is surprisingly good, which is lucky because we definitely need it. It’s a grounded way to work. We don't have fancy titles or a dress code. If the work gets done and the systems are running, everyone is happy. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just life out here. It is a honest place where we just focus on the task at hand.
