Our office is located at House Number 02 in Abdullapur village, Noorpur. It’s near the P.O. Khekra. Being out here in the village is a bit different from the usual office life in the city. It’s quieter and we like the pace. We do consultancy work, which means we help people figure out their skills and how to use them better. It’s not a complicated idea, but it takes a lot of time to get right. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know our stuff. The office is just a plain building with what we need to get the job done. We don’t have fancy furniture or expensive tech. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we’ve learned to work around those things. We don’t use any of that corporate talk that sounds impressive but doesn’t mean much. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they often are. Word travels fast in a place like Noorpur, so we make sure to do our work properly. It’s a lot of listening and thinking. We enjoy the work because it feels real. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to help the people who come to us in Abdullapur. It is a steady way of life and we enjoy the quiet mornings here.
