We are just a group of farmers working out of House No-111 in Vill-Bandhasidhani Garh. Most of the stuff we do happens right there at Pranali Brahma’s place. It’s a quiet spot near Baghmara. Being a producer company means we spend a lot of time talking about crops and how to handle the season. We aren't a big office with fancy desks or anything like that. It is more about the soil and making sure we get things done correctly for the people here. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but that’s just how it goes in farming. We started Aranai Farmer Producer Company Limited because we needed a way to organize ourselves better. Everyone knows where the house is, so it is easy for folks to drop by when they have questions. We don’t have a lot of staff, just local people trying to keep things moving. We deal with whatever the local farmers bring in and try to figure out the best way to get it to market. It’s a lot of manual work and checking on the fields. You won't find us doing much advertising because everyone around here already knows who we are. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you come to the Po-Baghmara area, you’ll see how we operate. It's nothing special, just honest work by people who live right here in the village. We keep our records at the house and meet up whenever there is a need to discuss the next harvest.
