VLN Projects is located up in Banhatti, specifically in Ward No 15 near Devara Dhasimayyacolony. This is Bagalkot district, so it is quite different from the big city life in Bangalore. We work out of our place at 1498/2. It’s a rural area, and we mostly focus on local projects around Jamakhandi. The pace of work here depends a lot on the seasons and the local economy. We’ve got a small crew that knows the area well. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly know about us through word of mouth. We do the basic construction work—digging foundations, laying bricks, and getting the roofing done. It’s dusty and tiring, but we’ve been at it for a while now. The office is where we keep the ledger and talk to folks who need some work done on their property. We try to be fair and just do a decent job so people don’t complain. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to get the right materials from the bigger towns, but we manage. Banhatti is home for us, and we like building things for our neighbors. There aren't any big fancy slogans here. We just show up at the site, get the materials ready, and start building. It’s a steady life and we’re happy with how things are going in our small corner of Bagalkot.
