You’ll find us at 76/3 on the Main Road in Kannoli. It’s a straightforward spot to find if you’re driving through this part of Bagalkot. Udgamasha Foods is where we spend most of our waking hours, working on various food products. We aren't a big fancy outfit with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find a couple of us in the back or checking on the latest batch of whatever we are processing. The main road can be loud with tractors and trucks going by, but you get used to it after a while. We started this company because we wanted to do something local with the crops grown around here. It’s not always easy keeping up with the regulations and the paperwork, but we do our best. The building itself is just a regular storefront that we’ve converted to fit our needs. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we rely on people knowing us and our work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a late delivery, but we just fix it and move on. It’s a very hands-on job, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The air in Kannoli is usually good, and the community is supportive of what we're trying to do. We just want to keep the lights on and the food moving. It’s simple work, really. Most days we are done by sunset and ready to start again tomorrow.
