Our spot here in Navanagar is right at Plot No 112 in Sector No 58. Bagalkot has its own pace, and we’ve settled into it pretty well over the years. It’s a straightforward setup. We handle the day-to-day operations for Shapoorji Pallonji Co Ltd from this building. Usually, mornings start with checking the logs and seeing where the crews are at. There isn’t much to say about the building itself, it’s just a solid place to work. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of maps on the walls. The local area is quiet enough, though it picks up during the market days. We know most of the people on this street by now. It’s nice being part of the community in 587102. We don’t really go in for big speeches about what we do. People see us around, and they know we’re busy with the projects. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a deadline looming or the weather isn't cooperating with the outdoor work. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the tasks. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We’ve got a good routine going. No one here is trying to impress anyone; we just want to make sure the work is finished right. That’s how things go at this branch. The air here is a bit clearer than the big cities, and we appreciate that.
