Pavanputra Minerals is based in Timmapur Village, which is inside the Taluk-Mudhol area. Life out here moves a little slower than in the big cities, and we like it that way. Most of us grew up around here and we know the land pretty well. Our daily routine involves a lot of work with minerals and heavy materials. The site can get quite loud with the equipment running, but you get used to the noise after a while. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. It is just a handful of us making sure the day-to-day tasks get finished. The weather plays a big part in how much we get done. When the monsoon hits, the roads around Timmapur can get a bit muddy and difficult for the heavy loaders. We usually spend those days doing maintenance on the gear or catching up on paperwork in the small shed we use as an office. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or marketing because everyone in the village knows who we are and what we do. If someone needs to find us, they just ask around or follow the track toward the village edge. It is honest work that keeps us busy from dawn until the evening. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to keep things running steady for everyone involved.
