Mspl Limited (Baldota Group)

We are located out in Sameerwadi, which is in the Bagalkot district of Karnataka. Our office is associated with Dhanashree Nandkumar Nerlikar and we are part of the Baldota Group under Mspl Limited. It’s a bit of a rural setting here, which means things move at a slightly different pace than in the big cities. We don’t have any massive corporate headquarters. It’s just a functional office where we handle the local business matters. Most of our days are spent checking logs, answering the phone, and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. The dust from the roads can be a bit much sometimes, but we keep the office clean. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home. There’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. It feels more like a small family business than a big company, even though we are part of a larger group. We don’t have any big meetings about visions or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the day’s work is finished before the sun goes down. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people in a simple office. It’s not much to look at, but it gets the job done. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
