We set up this place on Maigur Road here in Jamkhandi, right at the CTS No 5224/1/B spot. It’s part of Ibrahim Ismail Shaikh’s premises. Most people around here know where that is. We handle chit funds. It’s a small office, nothing fancy. We started Life Build because folks needed a local spot to put their money together. It’s mostly just us doing the paperwork and making sure everything is recorded right. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road traffic, but we are here every day. It’s not a big corporate building, just a room where we sit and talk to people who come in. We’ve been at this for a bit now. People from around Jamkhandi stop by when they have time or after work. There isn’t much to say other than we keep the books and try to stay organized. If you are walking down Maigur Road, you’ll see our sign. We handle the monthly collections and the auctions. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Writing things down in ledgers and checking the math. We don’t have fancy software for everything, just the basics. It’s quiet on some days and really busy on others when the chits are due. That’s how it goes in a small town like ours. We just keep moving along and doing what we do. Our office isn't much to look at, but it gets the job done for everyone involved in the groups.
