We are located at 359 in K K Colony over in Vijayapura. It’s a pretty straightforward setup here. People mostly come to us when their laptops are acting up or they need a new printer for their home office. We see a lot of students and folks who live nearby. The shop isn't massive, but we fit what we need inside. It gets pretty hot in Vijayapura, so the air conditioning is usually running full blast during the day. We spend a lot of time explaining things about RAM or hard drives to people who just want their computers to work again. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and hardware talk. We don't really do the big corporate talk here; we just look at the machine and try to figure out why it’s being slow. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times it takes a few days. We’ve been at this spot in K K Colony for a good while. Most of the people who walk in are regulars or someone who was told to come see us by a neighbor. We keep the shelves stocked as best we can. It’s a regular job, really. We open up in the morning, handle the repairs, sell a few bits and pieces, and then close up. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s probably past its prime.
