We are based in Bagalkot, specifically at Number 7 in Sector 18 of Navanagar. Even though our name mentions Bahrain, this is where we do our day-to-day operations in Karnataka. The office is a quiet spot where we manage our construction projects. Navanagar is a planned area, so it’s a bit more organized than some other parts of town. We’ve been operating Delta Constructions out of this location for some time now. Our team consists of local folks who understand the local building conditions. We spend a lot of time checking on labor and making sure we have enough bricks and steel for the next phase. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a high-end website. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our signs at construction sites. We just want to do a solid job and get home to our families at the end of the day. The weather in Bagalkot can get pretty hot, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. We’ve seen a lot of growth in Sector 18 lately. It’s good to be part of the development here. We aren't a huge corporation, just a dedicated crew. We keep our overhead low so we can focus on the actual building work and keeping everything on track.
