We aren't a big city firm with glass walls and carpets. Our place is pretty basic and functional. We have some metal desks and a lot of paper files. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We know each other well and work like a family. It’s a bit dusty around the office sometimes because of the location and the trucks. We don't mind it much. Navanagar is a practical place to be based for this kind of work. We handle all the administrative stuff from this building. It’s not the newest place in town but it works for what we need. We don't have a lot of visitors coming through, mostly just people we do business with. Everyone here just does their job without making a big deal out of it. We are just a local sugar company trying to keep things running smoothly for the farmers.
