Our office is in Ramnagar, in the West Champaran district. We are situated right near the ADB State Bank of India. It is a good landmark because everyone knows where the bank is. Being in this part of the country means we deal with a lot of dust and heat. The office is a simple room with a few computers and a printer that jams every once in a while. We usually have the door open to let some air circulate. You can hear the people lining up at the bank next door and the motorcycles passing by on the road. Life moves at a bit of a slower pace here, but we stay busy enough. We spend our time fixing things and helping people who come in with their tech problems. There is an old wooden bench outside where people sit and wait. We have a small water cooler in the corner that is always empty because we drink so much. It is not a high-tech looking place, just some tables and chairs and a lot of power strips. We keep some spare parts in a cupboard in the back. It is a basic setup, but it works for what we need to do. We are just local people trying to make a living in our hometown. We stay open until the sun goes down and the street lights flicker on.
