S R Bricks

S R Bricks is located over at Dr.No.45/23 in Ashok Nagar. We’ve been set up here in Middelavaripalem for a good while now. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular yard where we spend our days working with the clay and getting the stacks ready. The work is mostly manual and it gets pretty dusty, especially when the wind picks up. We don't have a big team or any office staff to answer phones all day. Usually, we are just out back near the kilns. People from around the neighborhood know the spot and just drop by when they need something. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. It’s just about getting the bricks made and moved out. The sun can be quite a lot during the afternoons, but we just keep at it. Middelavaripalem is a quiet enough place, though the trucks coming in for deliveries can make a bit of a noise. We try to keep things organized at Dr.No.45/23, but a brickyard is never going to be perfectly tidy. There’s always piles of sand or finished bricks waiting to go. It’s a simple life for us. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It is just a matter of showing up every morning and getting to work on the next batch. That’s how it has always been for us here in Ashok Nagar.
