Panwa Village is where we set everything up. It is out in the Kasrawad Tehsil area, which is part of the Kargone District. Being out here means there is plenty of space, but it also means dealing with the dust and the heat of the plains. We aren't in a big city with glass buildings. This is a food park, so there are always trucks moving around and people checking on crates. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages. We have been at this location for a bit now, and you get used to the rhythm of the place. It's a lot of coordination between the different units we have on the grounds. Sometimes the power is a bit spotty, but we have ways to handle it. It's not a flashy job. We spend most of our time on our feet or looking at logistics charts in a small office that usually has a fan going full blast. The landscape around Kasrawad is mostly flat and looks the same for miles, but once you get inside the gates, it's quite busy. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There are no fancy uniforms here, just people in sturdy clothes getting through the day. It’s a practical setup for a practical kind of business. We’ve grown a bit, but the core of what we do remains the same.
