Our place is located at No. 216/2 in the Shirgaon M. I. D. C. area. That’s out in Badlapur East, which is part of the Thane district. Dev Vastushilp Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this industrial zone for some time now. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by other workshops and businesses, so it’s a very practical environment. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy showrooms or manicured lawns. It’s more about the actual work being done. The roads around Kulgaon can get a bit rough, especially when the monsoon hits, but we’ve managed just fine. Our office is simple and stays focused on the technical side of things. We have a small team here, and we usually know each other’s lunch schedules by heart. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like the space we have out here. Most of our days are spent coordinating different parts of our projects. We don’t use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just tell it like it is and get the job done. People who come to see us usually appreciate that we are straight to the point. We are just local people trying to build something solid.
