Guardian Electricals

Guardian Electricals is located in Amberdhara Appartment, right on the Katrap Highway. We are up in unit 303. It’s an apartment building but we use this space for all our electrical business. Being on the highway makes it easy for us to get out to jobs quickly. Most of our tools and wires are kept in the back room. It’s not a showroom, just a place where we coordinate everything. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we have to carry boxes up the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We spend most of our time out at sites rather than sitting in the office. When we are here, we're usually testing components or fixing something on the bench. The sunlight hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon. We have a small table where we drink our chai and talk about the day's work. It's a simple setup. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time. The highway traffic is always humming in the background. We just focus on fixing things and making sure the parts are ready. It's a basic operation but it serves its purpose for us and our customers.
