K. D. Borhade Group

We're based right in the middle of things at Gandhi Chowk. If you go to the first floor of Parshuram Plaza, at Plot No-103, that is where you’ll find the K. D. Borhade Group office. It’s right across from Maruti Mandir, so it gets pretty crowded around there during festivals. Badlapur has changed a lot lately, and we have been part of that for some time. We aren’t a massive team with suits and ties. Most days we are just sitting at the desks, handling the paperwork and talking to people who walk in. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you aren’t used to them. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside the plaza, but we don't mind it much. It’s just how things are here. We deal with whatever comes across our desks that day. Sometimes it's a lot of phone calls, and other times it's just quiet work. Being near the temple means there's always something happening right outside. We’ve known the other shop owners in the building for years. We just try to get the day's tasks done and go home to our families like everyone else in Badlapur. It’s a simple setup we have here at Parshuram Plaza, nothing too flashy or complicated.
