We've been at W-104A for quite a while now. The MIDC area in Badlapur East is always busy with trucks moving in and out, and our workshop is right in the middle of it. It’s loud inside most days because of the machines, but that’s just how it is when you’re making things. We started small, just a couple of lathes and some basic tools, and slowly added more as we went along. The roof gets a bit hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and get the work finished. People around here know us as the place that just gets on with it. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk with too many papers and the smell of cutting oil everywhere. Most of the guys have been with us for years, so we all know the routine by heart. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, which is annoying, but we use that time to clean up or have a tea. It’s not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and we take pride in the parts that leave our door. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, making sure the orders are ready for pickup. It's just a regular shop floor where things actually get made by hand and machine without any fuss.
