Vardhman Group

Our office is in Baddi, right on Sai Road in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. We are located across from the Vardhman Officers Colony. To find us, you look for the Aggrawal Daily Needs shop, as we are right there with Vishwas Chandel. It is a busy spot because Baddi is a major industrial town. We have a lot of things going on at once, managing different tasks for the Vardhman Group. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a practical place where we can get our work done and meet with people. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the different factories and workers in the area. There is always someone coming in with a question or a piece of paperwork that needs to be signed. Being near the daily needs shop means there is always a bit of life around the office. We have been here for a good while, and we are a familiar face to the local people and the workers in the colony. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk to people like regular folks and try to keep things moving along. Some days it gets quite dusty and noisy because of all the trucks on Sai Road, but that is just part of living and working in Baddi. We are just here doing our jobs and making sure everything stays on track.
