Our facility is situated at Plot No 49-51 in Phase-1 of the Epip area in Jharmajri, Solan. It’s quite a way out for some, but it’s a beautiful part of the country, even if we spend most of our time inside the walls of the factory. The weather here in Solan can get quite cold in the winter months, so we usually have a few heaters going in the break room. We have three plots joined together, so there’s a fair bit of space to move around, though much of it is filled with equipment and storage. We deal with pharmaceutical stuff every day, and it keeps us on our toes. The team is pretty tight-knit. We eat lunch together and complain about the commute when the roads get blocked by rain or snow. It’s not a polished environment. You’ll see some stacks of crates in the corners and maybe a bit of clutter on the desks. That’s just because we’re busy. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just know what we have to do when we clock in at the start of the shift. Jharmajri is a busy hub for this kind of work, so we have plenty of neighbors doing similar things. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on getting the orders out the door without any fuss. It’s a simple, hardworking place to be and we like it that way.
