Softech Computers

Our shop, Softech Computers, is located at No. 6 on Sai Road. We are right across from Malhotra Hospital, so we see a lot of people passing by every single day. It is a busy part of the road, but that is usually good for a business like ours. We spend our time fixing computers, selling parts, and helping people with their tech problems. It is not always easy work. Some days we are covered in dust from old computer towers and other days we are just staring at screens trying to find a software bug. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright lights and glass displays. It is more of a workshop feel inside the shop. There are always cables lying around and parts waiting to be installed in someone's machine. We have been at this address for a while and the locals know us pretty well now. If someone's laptop breaks, they usually just walk it over from the hospital or the nearby houses. We do not use big words or try to confuse people with complicated tech talk. We just tell them what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix. Sometimes we cannot fix things, and we are honest about that too. Sai Road is a noisy place, but we have gotten used to the sound of the traffic. We just open up, do our repairs, and close up when finished.
