Shri Ramesh Industries

Shri Ramesh Industries is situated in Village Juddi Kalan, specifically on Khasra No. 360/184 and 364/235. We are out in the Baddi area, which is full of factories and industrial units. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where the work happens. We run an industrial plant, so there is always the sound of machinery humming and the smell of raw materials in the air. The mornings can be quite cold here, especially in the winter, and we all huddle around for a quick tea before the machines get started. We have a lot of space out on the village land, which is good because we need it for all the equipment and the storage of finished goods. The road into the village isn't always the smoothest, especially after the monsoon rains, so the truck drivers sometimes complain when they come to pick up loads. We don't have any polished showrooms or fancy offices. Most of our day is spent on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should and that the workers are doing their jobs safely. It is a tough environment sometimes, but we take pride in the stuff we make here. We have been part of the Baddi industrial belt for a while now and we just keep our heads down and focus on the production schedule every single day.
