We are located in the Yashwant Shopping Centre, right on Carter Road Number 7 in Borivali East. Our office is 301-B. It’s a typical suburban shopping complex, so it’s always busy with people coming and going. Finding parking is usually a nightmare, so we mostly take the train or walk. The office itself is functional. We have a lot of cupboards for all the import and export documents we have to keep. Dealing with international shipping means there’s always a pile of paperwork on someone’s desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs agents and transport companies. It’s a lot of coordination. The building is a bit older, and the corridors can be dim, but our office is bright enough. We have a small window that looks out towards the station side. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and see us working. There’s usually a pot of tea going. We’ve been in Borivali for years, and we like being part of this community. It’s a convenient spot for us, even with the crowds. We just focus on getting the goods from one place to another without too much drama. It’s a lot of logistical thinking and keeping track of schedules. Every day is a bit different depending on which shipment is arriving or leaving the port. It's a lot to keep track of, but we manage it okay.
