Research- Aid Instruments Services operates out of A- 229- 230 M- 1 Plaza Epip Main Road Jarmajri Baddi. It is a technical kind of environment here. We have a lot of specialized tools and testing equipment spread out across the benches in A-229 and 230. Baddi is a very industrial place, so there is always a layer of dust on the windows from the factories nearby. We spend our time taking apart instruments, cleaning them, and putting them back together so they work right again. It requires a lot of patience and sometimes we have to squint at small parts for hours. We are not a large company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who have the right training to handle these kinds of repairs. The plaza is busy with other businesses, so there is usually someone coming or going in the hallway. We have a small kettle for making coffee and a few stools where we sit when we need to take a break from the delicate work. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you will likely find us with our sleeves rolled up and grease or dust on our hands. We just focus on the technical details and making sure the instruments we service are accurate and reliable for the people who use them in their own labs.
