Our place at 100 B in the Epip area of Thana is where we spend most of our time. Being in Phase-II means we are surrounded by other industrial buildings and there is always a lot of movement around here. Neptune Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge corporate tower, it's a practical space where the work actually happens. Inside, you will see a lot of white walls and people in lab coats moving between different rooms. The office part has a few desks cluttered with files and old coffee mugs. It can get quite loud with the machinery running in the back, but we are used to that sound by now. Most of our days are spent checking batches and making sure the labels are printed correctly. It’s not the kind of job where you sit around doing nothing. There is always a truck arriving or leaving with supplies. The parking lot gets full pretty early in the morning, so if you are late, you end up walking a bit from the main road. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. It is a straightforward operation here. We don't have fancy decorations or a big reception area. It is just a group of people working hard in Thana to get the products out on time. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, but we make do with what we have. It is just a regular factory job for us.
