We are located over on Chakka Road in the Solan district. Our place is Shop No. 3, and it's quite close to the Big Bazaar, so most people use that as a way to find us. Being in Solan means we get all kinds of weather, sometimes it’s really nice and other times the rain makes it hard to get much done. Our shop deals with chemical specialties, which means we have a lot of containers and interesting smells around here. It’s not a big glamorous office, just a practical space where we handle orders and talk to customers who know what they need. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure things are stored the right way. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main market, but we like it that way. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here keeping things moving. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting the right products to the people who come looking for them. Sometimes people stop in by mistake thinking we are part of the Big Bazaar, and we have to point them in the right direction. It’s a simple business, and we try to keep things honest and straightforward for whoever walks through the door. We stay busy with the paperwork and keeping the inventory straight, so there is never a dull moment really.
