Jharmajri is a busy spot, especially with all the factories around here. We are located at 81-B in the Epip Phase-I area. At Mls India Pvt.Ltd., our setup is pretty basic. We’ve got a warehouse area and a small section for the desks. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to for a fancy tour. There are usually pallets leaning against the walls and some spare parts sitting on the floor waiting to be sorted. The air in this part of Himachal has that industrial feel to it, mixed with a bit of the mountain breeze if you're lucky. Our staff comes from all over the local area, and we’ve become a bit like a family over the years. We share tea, complain about the potholes on the road, and just get on with the day’s tasks. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here, just work that needs doing. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the quantities are right before anything goes onto a truck. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s not always perfect, and things can get a bit messy during the monsoon when the mud gets everywhere, but we keep the place running. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just work hard and try to get home on time.
