Maxtar Biogenics

Our place is down on Nalagarh Road, right in the Malku Mazra area of Baddi. If you’ve ever been to District Solan, you know how busy the roads can get with all the industrial stuff going on. Maxtar Biogenics is at K.No. 705. It’s a busy part of Tehsil Nalagarh, and there is always something moving. We’ve been set up here for some time now, dealing with the daily grind of the biogenics business. The air can be a bit dusty from the road, but we keep the inside of the facility clean and functional. We have a decent group of people working here who mostly live nearby. The commute isn't too bad for most of us, though the traffic near Baddi can be a real headache during shift changes. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the machinery is running like it should. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The building is a standard industrial setup, nothing that would win an architecture prize, but it fits all our equipment. We don't really do much in terms of fancy meetings; we mostly just talk over tea in the breakroom about what needs to get finished before the weekend. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re just a regular part of the Baddi industrial belt, trying to stay on top of the schedule. We don't overcomplicate it. It is just work.
