Jindal Builtech Pvt. Ltd. is located out on Deela Road in Village Maanpura, which is part of the Solan district. Being out in a village means things move a little slower than they do in the big cities. Our office is a modest building on the side of the road, surrounded by the hills and the greenery that Solan is known for. The air is better out here, but the roads can be a bit rough, especially after it rains. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local projects and talking to the people from the village. The office has a few desks, a very old printer that jams more often than it works, and a lot of dusty ledgers. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea or looking over a set of drawings. Maanpura is a quiet place, and we have become part of the scenery over the years. We know the local shopkeepers and the farmers who pass by on Deela Road every day. It’s a practical way of living and working. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide a service to the community and try to do a decent job with the resources we have. The mountain weather can be unpredictable, so we’ve learned to be flexible with our schedules and just take things as they come.
