Unix Biotech

We are located at Plot No. 27, Phase No. 1 of the E.P.I.P. area in Jharmajari. Unix Biotech is basically a mix of a lab and a warehouse. It’s a big building with a lot of cold storage areas that hum all night long. The air here in Jharmajari feels a bit different than in the city, especially in the winter when it gets quite cold. We have to wear a lot of protective gear, not because it’s dangerous, but just to keep everything clean and sterile. Most of the day is spent checking batches and making sure the labels are stuck on straight. We have these heavy rolling carts that we use to move boxes from the production area to the loading dock. The loading dock is always busy with trucks coming in from the main road. We have a small office upstairs where we handle all the shipping papers, and you can see the whole floor from the window there. It’s a lot of routine work, checking dates and making sure nothing expires. We don't have many visitors, so it's usually just the same ten people every day. We eat our lunch together in the canteen, usually talking about the commute because the roads around here can be pretty rough. It’s just steady work in a quiet industrial zone where we keep things moving along.
