Out here on Dr. Morphen Road in Village Thana, we run Garibnawaj Polymer Pvt. Ltd. It’s a bit of a drive to get to us, but we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. We mainly handle polymer materials. The machines can be a bit noisy, and the floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or small plastic bits. It’s just the nature of the work we do. We have a small crew from the village, and we all know each other’s names. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything. If there’s a problem with a machine, we usually try to fix it ourselves first. The building is older, but it keeps the rain off the equipment. We spend our shifts watching the output and making sure things are running okay. It’s steady work. Sometimes the power goes out in the village, and we just have to wait it out and drink some tea. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the orders filled and make sure everyone gets paid on time. Village Thana is a decent place to work. It’s mostly just us doing our jobs day after day. We don't use big words or have meetings. We just show up on Dr. Morphen Road and get to it. That’s how we’ve always operated.
