We are situated on Mortand Road in Baddi. This whole area is full of factories and units, so it gets quite busy with trucks and workers every day. Our building is a standard industrial setup. We spend our time working on the production side of things. It’s a lot of shift work and keeping track of the machines. Baddi is a dusty place because of all the construction and the traffic on the main roads, but inside the unit, we keep things as orderly as possible. We’ve been operating here for years now. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages or they stay in the local housing. We don't have a big fancy reception area because most of our work is happening in the back. It’s a lot of routine. Checking batches, packing boxes, and making sure the deliveries are ready for the trucks. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but that's just how it is in this part of the country. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for the logs. It’s noisy work with the machinery running all day. We just focus on getting the daily targets done and making sure everything is packed correctly. It's a practical environment. Not much talk, just a lot of work getting done on the floor. It's nothing special to look at, just a place where things are made. We drink our tea together during the breaks and then head back to the floor.
