If you head down to Village Judikalan, you’ll find us at Plot N0.59B in the industrial area. C E Ltd. has been here for a while, and the place definitely looks like an industrial site. It’s dusty and loud most of the time because of the trucks moving in and out of the yard. We spend a lot of our hours just managing the floor and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby areas, so there’s a lot of local talk during lunch. We have a small office area tucked in the front, but most of the action happens in the back where the actual production goes on. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing a single part, which can be frustrating, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. Judikalan is a bit far out, so it’s quieter than the city, except for the noise we make ourselves. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the equipment, and the orders we need to fill. We keep it simple and stay focused on the tasks at hand. Most days are long, but we’ve got a rhythm now. It’s a practical setup for a practical business.
