Axiom Controls Ltd.

We’re located in Jharmajri, at Plot 2/3 in EPIP-1. This is a bit of an industrial zone, so it’s surrounded by other factories and warehouses. The weather up here at Axiom Controls Ltd. can be a bit unpredictable, sometimes it gets really cold in the mornings. We work on control systems and panels. Most of the work involves sitting at long benches with a lot of tools and components spread out. It takes a lot of concentration. The lighting is fluorescent and hums a bit. We have a loading dock in the back where the trucks come in. It’s always a bit of a rush when a delivery arrives. The office area is just a few tables pushed together with a laptop and a printer. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in through the side door. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The floor is concrete and stays pretty cool even when it’s hot outside. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes the admin work take longer than it should. We’ve got a small garden patch outside the front door that one of the guys tries to keep alive, but the dust makes it hard. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when the testing starts. We just do our jobs and go home. On Fridays, we usually clean up the whole shop before leaving. It’s a decent routine that we follow.
